Bio:
Before beginning his career in law, Marvin was a real estate broker and appraiser. For 20 years, he taught real estate and business law courses as an adjunct professor for Murray State University and Hopkinsville Community College. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fly fishing, hunting, and canoeing. He and his wife, Laura, have three children, Dailey, Allen, and Lee, who are all members of the firm.

Bio:
Lee is actively involved in the Lyon County Lyons Club, which raises significant scholarship funds for local students. He is currently in his fourth term as president of that organization. As coordinator of the local teen court, he works directly with high school students, educating them about the judicial system. In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing, hunting, snow skiing, and spending time with his English bulldog. He was sworn in as Lyon County Attorney on January 5, 2015.

Allen O. Wilson

Bio:
Allen was appointed by Governor Matt Bevin as a hearing officer for the Kentucky Claims Commission. He was previously appointed by Governor Ernie Fletcher to serve as general counsel and executive director of the office of legal services at the Governor’s Office for Local Development. During law school, he was a law clerk at the Kentucky League of Cities. In his spare time, Allen enjoys running. He was elected Livingston County Attorney in 2018.

He serves on the Livingston County Hospital Foundation Board of Directors and the University of Kentucky Alumni Association Board of Directors in positions previously held by his late wife, Dr. Amelia Brown Wilson, who was a field representative for U.S. Congressman James Comer.
